Public Places Community Media is a civic information network by Easy and Possible Organization. We work with government, development partners and community-serving institutions to bring accurate, trusted information to Rwandans in the places where daily life happens — markets, car parks, neighborhoods.
What we do
Three interlocking services — one civic information network.
Market & Car Park Radios
Localized PA and radio programming in Kinyarwanda across public markets and car park stations — reaching residents during their daily routines with health, safety and public-service messaging.
PPCM Kiosk
Neighborhood info points where community members access curated information on health, hygiene, rights, best practices and public services — printed, spoken, and, where available, digital.
Out-of-Home Media
Strategic billboards and city LED screens across Kigali's high-traffic corridors — used by ministries, development partners and civic campaigns for public awareness at metropolitan scale.

Convene
We align with the sponsoring ministry, NGO or agency on message, audience, districts and success measure — before a single spot airs.
Localize
Scripts, posters and kiosk materials are adapted into Kinyarwanda by community editors. Cultural and health accuracy reviewed by subject-matter partners.
Broadcast
Deploy across the network — radios during market hours, kiosks staffed by community info agents, OOH along commuter corridors.
Report
Fortnightly reach and engagement report with dated photo evidence per site, delivered to the partner organization.
