A public-interest information network engineered for Rwandan civic life. Each service reaches a different moment in the day — together they form a durable channel between institutions and the communities they serve.

Market & Public Car Park Radios

The spoken word, in the places where daily life gathers

A managed network of PA radios operating inside Rwanda's busiest markets and public car park stations. Programming is scripted in Kinyarwanda by community editors and scheduled around peak footfall so that public-service messages reach residents during their routine.

Service.02

PPCM Kiosk

A community information center — staffed, curated, trusted

A neighborhood info point where residents access curated information on health, hygiene, family, rights, agriculture and public services. Staffed by trained community info agents, and stocked with materials adapted from partner ministries and NGOs.

Service.03

Out-of-Home Media

Billboards and city LED, at civic scale

Strategic billboards along commuter corridors and digital LED at the busiest Kigali junctions. Deployed by ministries and development partners for public-awareness campaigns that must reach a metropolitan audience within days.
