Public address radio programming operating inside Rwanda's public markets and car park stations. Voice-first, Kinyarwanda-first, scheduled to match how communities actually move through their day.

Market radios operate in the busy commerce centers of Kimironko, Nyabugogo, Nyamirambo and Musanze. Car park radios reach the daily flow of moto-taxi drivers, commuters and long-distance travelers at Nyabugogo, Remera and provincial car park stations.
We produce short-form segments — a two-minute health tip, a community announcement, a rights explainer — rather than commercial spots. Segments are scripted in Kinyarwanda by local editors and vetted with the sponsoring partner before airing.
Even where a campaign is paid-for by a ministry or NGO, editorial independence is protected: no misleading claims, no personal endorsements, sources cited on request.
Repeating short-form message — vaccinations, hygiene, safety, deadlines.
A short scripted explainer — a right, a service, a public program.
Longer weekly segment featuring a partner, Q&A and callouts to local services.
