Easy and Possible Organization (EPO) is a Rwandan civic organization working to make accurate, useful information a normal part of everyday life — especially for the communities furthest from formal channels.
We believe information access is a public good — not a private commodity. PPCM is EPO's operational arm for putting that belief in the ground: radios in markets, staffed kiosks in neighborhoods, billboards along commuter corridors, all serving public-interest messaging co-produced with credible institutions.
EPO is registered in Rwanda as a not-for-profit civic organization. PPCM operates as its media project. Revenue from partner-funded campaigns is reinvested into network expansion — new kiosks, agent training, editorial capacity.
An editorial committee — chaired by a senior journalist and including public-health, legal-aid and community-development advisors — reviews campaign material before it reaches the network. We publish and enforce a public editorial code.
Headquartered at EPO's office in Rubavu District, we focus on Rwanda's Western and Northern Provinces — Rubavu, Nyabihu, Rutsiro, Karongi and Ngororero in the west; Musanze, Burera, Gakenke, Gicumbi and Rulindo in the north — with a roadmap to deepen network density across secondary cities and border communities by end of 2027.
